Binch is a neighbourhood bar specialising in fine wines and craft beers, located on Greenwood Road near London Fields. The bar stocks offerings from French vineyards and local breweries.

The establishment was founded by Sylvain, a Frenchman who grew up in Paris around vintners and small brewers. After moving to London and working at venues like Mother Kelly's and Borough Market, Sylvain developed appreciation for English craft beer culture.

The founder's vision merged his love for French wine and cuisine with the UK craft taprooms culture, resulting in Binch's creation.
