As it’s May and many things are popping up through the soil under this glorious Spring sun, we thought we’d follow suit and pop up to celebrate. For two nights this month, we’re hosting Chef Katy Severson for a seasonal a la carte menu celebrating all things Spring.
As the newest member of the Binch Team, Katy isn't just an excellent pourer of wine and overall top gal. She's also a food writer, farmer and private chef that's worked in restaurants across New York and here in the UK at places such as the amazing Coombeshead Farm.
The menu will feature the freshest & bestest from London-area farms, fisheries and gardens. You can expect such delights as oysters with pickled rhubarb, ricotta dumplings with wild garlic, minty peas on toast, and other Springy things.
To wash down your lovely meal, we have selected some of our favorite ‘zero zero’ natural wines that represent the Spring season: lively and full of character. All these wines are made without added sulphites and are fermented spontaneously with native yeasts, preserving the purity of the grapes. Can't wait for you to try!
